Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy ChiQui Beaute ships products worldwide. All merchandise is carefully packaged by our staff before leaving our warehouse.

Due to the requests, we have provided different methods for domestic and international shipping cost calculations. The shipping method can be selected at the end of each order with your own preference. The actual shipping cost will be calculated by the weight, dimensions, value, and destination of your parcel. Delivery times vary depending on shipment destination, and customs processing times. We provide free standard shipping service for domestic orders over $2000.00.

For international packages, there are no insurance provided. We cannot hold the responsibility for any custom charges, delays, or confiscated packages once the shipment has left the U.S., tracking information will be available upon request. It is the importer’s responsibility to be aware of your country’s custom regulations, Import/Export restrictions, and prohibited products. All prohibited/confiscated packages will not be refunded, and will only be re-shipped at the customer’s request/expense once the package has been returned to us. All expedited parcels are subject to changes in shipping cost based on the actual weight and value of the package.

USPS First Class Mail and UPS Ground packages have an average delivery time of 2-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. For a more accurate UPS estimate see www.ups.com.

When will my product be shipped? - Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. For all back-ordered products, we will contact you via email for delays or exchange options.

Return/Exchange Policy

All ChiQuí Beauté merchandise may be returned or exchanged with a valid sales receipt by e-mail within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges: Customer can only exchange products if the product is new and sealed/or defective. The exchange or refund will be issued based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt), except for shipping and handling fees. No exchanges or refunds will be given on open box items.
